Adult Dance Fitness

Set to music from around the world, our adult dance fitness class WorldMove offers an upbeat, high energy blend of cardio and choreo for the dancer and non-dancer alike. Dance styles covered include Hip Hop, Pop, Latin, Afrobeats, Dancehall, and more.

 

These 60-minute classes are comprised of 40 minutes of challenging but fun follow-the-leader moves designed to get you breaking a sweat, and 20 minutes dedicated to building up a piece of detailed choreography that will be developed over the course of the 6 week session.

 

The teaching style is joyful and geared to any level of dance ability, with the focus being more on moving our bodies and having a great time than getting each move perfect.
